Hello,
I created a printer while trying to set up CUPS for the first time, and now I can't delete it. When I try I get Error: Printer or class was not found. This isn't a big problem, but it is annoying.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I just figured it out. I opened /etc/cups/printers.conf and manually removed all the text pertaining to that printer, then rebooted. It's gone.
I had a moderately difficult time finding how to fix this (the answer was in the CUPS wiki, but not where I was looking). Perhaps this post will be helpful to others.
