I have got SATA HDD and SATA DVD-RW connected to the SATA Raid in PCI slot (Delock with Sil chipset). I burn latest Archlinux FTP ISO on CD and restart computer. But CD wont start. It end on tty screen with text:
grub>
I can write some simple commands (TAB show all enabled commands)
I try md5 checksum, download another ISO from another mirror and burn it. But the same situation.
Distro such as Debian, OpenSUSE, Kubuntu work well..
Where is the problem? My HW: AMD Athlon XP 2100+, MB is Asus A7N8X, nVidia 7300 GT, DVD-RW is LG GSA-H30N, HDD- some Western Digital (250 GB)

Grub doesn't work on some systems, try the isolinux ISOs on the download page.
