4gb issue on P5Q mainboard with 64bit Arch

Hi,
I've recently build new pc using P5Q mainboard and 4gb of ram. I've installed 64bit arch and system
is not seeing whole 4gb, in bios 4096mb available but in arch only 3951mb.

Any ideas? I've checked settings in bios and I can't find anything that would help. I was only able
to reduce amount of available ram

Enable memory remap in northbridge settings.

tried that already, didn't help

with enabeld remap i see 3951mb, with desabled something about 3300 (cun't remember exactly)
