I've got a MS lifecam vx3000 and I used to be able to use it with arch but now when I plug it in I get this in dmesg:
usbcore: registered new interface driver sn9c102
usb 2-3.2: USB disconnect, address 7
usb 2-3.2: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 9
usb 2-3.2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
usb 2-3.2: SN9C105 PC Camera Controller detected (vid:pid 0x045E:0x00F5)
usb 2-3.2: No supported image sensor detected for this bridge
I remember last time I used it I had to add a new package or external app but from what I've read this camera uses the gspca drivers which are now built in to the kernel.
I've tried loading all the gspca modules I can find:
From lsmod
gspca_main 23168 21 gspca_zc3xx,gspca_vc032x,gspca_tv8532,gspca_t61 3,gspca_sunplus,gspca_stk014,gspca_spca561,gspca_spca508,gspca_spca506,gspca_spc a505,gspca_spca501,gspca_spca500,gspca_sonixj,gspca_sonixb,gspca_pac7311,gspca_p ac207,gspca_ov519,gspca_mars,gspca_finepix,gspca_etoms,gspca_conex
but still no go. If it isn't these drivers, which ones do I need?
