Networkmanager 0.7

Hello

Is there any way I can have networkmanager to connect to a network that is configured on my computer with the GUI to connect to the network when the deamon is started, meaning that I dont have to logon to X to connect to a network

Thanks;-)

Re: Networkmanager 0.7

you can use the console frontend cnetworkmanager. There is a -git version in AUR which works just fine.

Re: Networkmanager 0.7

I will look into it, but I will have to start it then?
I was thinking more like when the deamon starts it connects automaticly to the networks that is configured, that is possible somehow right?

I could add a script to rc.local that starts the cli client? and then it would work like I want?

Might I suggest the new wifi-select package by dying_sphynx, combined with netcfg? Works fine for anything WPA1/WEP smile!!
