Gnome System Monitor titlebar is pukey green color when it loses focus

for some reason, and apparently just with this application, whenever Gnome System Monitor loses focus on my system the titlebar turns a pukey turquoise green instead of the standard white inactive titlebar color.  any ideas why that would be?  thanks

Does it do it if/when you change Appearance preferences for your window theme?

yeah its only for one i installed i guess.  works fine with the default.
