hda-intel issues

After some hours of use, this always happens:

hda_intel: azx_get_response timeout, switching to polling mode: last cmd=0x018f000a
hda_intel: azx_get_response timeout, switching to single_cmd mode: last cmd=0x018f000a

and then the headphone jack won't mute the speakers when I plug it in, so I always have to reload the module to get it working again, I've tried everything, compiling old and new alsa, probe_mask=1 and 8, model=hp/hp-3stack and many more, and NOTHING works, I can't find anything useful on the internet about it, so does anybody have any idea?, it's the only thing that bothers me on linux, my laptop is a hp pavilion dv6000, but I haven't tried it in another linux distro, only arch.
