Two Seperate Eclipse Setups

Hi,
Does anyone know how to have two separate Eclipse setups on the same computer?  I want one for Java development and one for web development with Aptana.

Got it, if you make the root Eclipse directory writable, then plugins will be installed there and not into a .eclipse folder in your home directory.
