Bug 1000hz with hlds

Hello all
In my pc i have 2.6.28.8 kernel with 1000hz no hz is off
But when i launch hlds with -pingboost 3 and sys_ticrate 10000 i have always 1000 fps but the cpu usage is insane like 50 % of my cpu and th game is *HUGLY* accelerated
Without -pingboost 3 i have 850 - 900 fps but i remember with debian that i have 980 fps  with -pingboost 3 and sys_ticrate 10000 and the game wasnt accelerated
Can someone will help me ?
