Problem with XFCE's desktop icons

I have the desktop set to display minimized apps as icons.

When I right-click a minimized window, an appropriate menu pops up with Unminimize, move to workspace, close. But this menu doesn't work. It wont do any of these actions. The only way to unminimize is to double-click.

Bug?
