xmonad : compilation problems

Hi

I can't compile xmonad anymore. Instead I get this error message :

on the commandline:
    Warning: -no-recomp is deprecated: Use -fforce-recomp instead
Failed to load interface for `Data.Generics.Instances':
  Use -v to see a list of the files searched for.

Apparently Data.Generics.Instances comes from haskell-syb package from AUR (I thought all necessary dependencies for xmonad were in community ?), which fails to compile on my system too - but maybe I'm doing it wrong.
