Re: compiz-fusion title bars disapear

Did you go into the compiz settings and check the Windo Decorations setting?

If you had compositing enabled in metacity, disable it.

Re: compiz-fusion title bars disapear

I have this same problem on freshly installed Arch64 with Gnome.
Whenever I choose Compiz as Windows Decorator all my tittle bars disapear.

Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display ":0.0".
compiz (cube) - Warn: Failed to load slide: freedesktop

Re: compiz-fusion title bars disapear

I've just install compiz-fusion today and also encounter the same situation.

Thanks to mrunion suggestion, it works after I enable Window Decoration in compizconfig settings manager.
In fact, all settings in the compiz settings are disabled by default, I still have to enable "Move Window" in order to move after getting the title bars.

Thank you.

compiz (cube) - Warn: Failed to load slide: freedesktop

i really don't want to go back to i686, but man ever since I installed 64bit i've had more issues than fun tongue
