HP G60-217EM urgent advice!

Hullo!

I'm on the verge of buying this laptop today (i was going to but a dell studio 15, but reviews made me worried about the quality of the sound and the laptop in general). From what i can see, everything is pretty well supported - the nVidia GeForce 8200M graphics card should work with 3D graphics with the nvidia driver (correct me if i'm wrong! i don't want to buy a laptop with an unsupported graphics card!) and the wireless card should work, although it may require ndiswrapper (?)

however i'm a tad worried about whether suspend and resume (to disk and ram) will work, and if the speakers/sound/webcam/microphone will all be good etc. i'm looking for a linux experience on this laptop that will persuade me never to use my vista partition.

any advice? it's all welcome!
