In the last couple of days X's cpu usage as raised quite a bit(up to 30% of 2ghz dual core). I've gone through my pacman updates and haven't found anything that should effect X. xorg.conf is unchanged so i don't think it's a configuration error. However I have changed from catalyst to xf86-video-ati driver, but the cpu usage didn't start raising after a week or so. I checked Xorg.log and is says :
(WW) Open ACPI failed (/var/run/acpid.socket) (No such file or directory)
I think this is because my battery stopped working(dell's sending me a new one )
and another strange thing is what dmesg prints out:

Is it related to http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/18960 or http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=88781 or http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=94270 ?
