Having problems, discolored parts in qt themes with kde4

Hi guys,

I have been having some problems with discolored parts in qt themes, I just never paid attention because it was minimum with the oxygen theme, but after installing bespin I see how big the problem is:
This is with the oxygen theme, only hardly visible above the word System in the window decorator.

This is on bespin, look at the top of the theme just below the window decorated, you note the ugly dots?

Any help you can provide?

can someone at least install bespin-plasmatheme-svn and see if this happen, or if the very little notable brightness in the window decoration of oxygen happens?
