Studio xps 13

Hiya, I have just installed arch on my new studio xps13 and it seems to be working very well thus far!

Just a quick question, has anyone experimented with using different elevators with ext4 and an ssd? On JFS deadline made a huge difference, I am still crossing my fingers that I made the right choice to go ext4.  Has anyone played with this?

Also the studio xps has 2 graphics cards for hybrid sli, in windows you can switch one on and off with different power profiles, anyone know if anything similar is possible in Linux?  I am not looking for hybrid sli, just away to save power- unlikely, I know! But it is always worth asking

Re: Studio xps 13

hmm as far as switching sli and power save, for video cars. I'm pretty sure nvidia proprietary drive does this automatically. If you have some sort of on board video (intel?), or want to only use one card, you may have to use two xorg.conf files... heh, I know it's not the solution ur looking for, but it;s the best I can think of.
