[Solved] pacman -Syu failed, file conflicts

I have a file conflict when installing upgrades:

xorg-server: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so est déjà présent dans le système de fichiers
xorg-server: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/libwfb.so est déjà présent dans le système de fichiers

(that's French, means files already present)

Those two files are not owned by any package (according to pacman -Qo)

Is it possible to lose package information that way?
Should I just delete those two and retry the failed install?
or is there a means to investigate more what the problem really is?
