fam unstable.

Hi,

I run kde with portmap and fam and i notice that in the last 24hrs or so fam seems to die all of the time.  My system is up to date via pacman.  I don't see any log messages.  Any ideas?

Set the parameter "idle_timeout = 0" in the file /etc/fam/fam.conf

It should make fam to wait for new connectios forever. The default is 5 second before autodisabling.
