Can't shutdown from xfce4

Hi All,

I don't know what I've done, but I can no longer shutdown my machine from Xfce4.  until about a week ago, selecting the 'logout' button from the menu brought up a nice little panel from which I could select logout, shutdown, hibernate etc.  Now it just logs me straight out without giving me the option.

Anyone know how I've managed this?

Re: Can't shutdown from xfce4

I had this problem too when I disabled "Ask before logout" (dunno if its called exacly like this, since my XFCE is in German, its the last checkbox on the first Tab) in XFCE's Session configuration. When I enabled this again I got the Panel for selecting what to do back.
