Breakage recently? Bluetooth and gpm

Hi!

Arch has been having some issues for me. Bluetooth has been broken since like months now, and recently, with the gnome-power-manager update to 2.26, it isnt detecting my UPS anymore Anyone else has these issues?

There's still the option not to upgrade your bluetooth packages (ie roll back). That's what I've done because I couldn't get the bluez 4 series to work for the life of it.

Yeah.. but if the packages are broken, why upgrade them in the repo in the first place?! Just keep em in testing until they work fine!

You're missing something. For a lot of people, the upgrade is working . I think the problem rather lies somewhere with you and me than with all those other people having a working 4.x branch, don't you think?

Hmm.. As far as i know, the upgrade isnt working for anyone out of the box.. If it is working, im sorry, and i apologize

Ok, just got an update to gnome-power-manager. Its not at v2.26.1.. But still it does NOT detect my UPS

Thought I'd make a quick comment... regarding gpm... something's not quite right with the startup script. Using GPM_ARGS="-m /dev/input/mice -t ps2" doesn't work for me, while entering those options in at the command line does.... I'm able to get the daemon script to work by not even using that bash variable and instead putting the commands in on the line myself, like this:
[ -z "$PID" ] && /usr/sbin/gpm -m /dev/input/mice -t ps2

I'm not a bash script guru... I don't see a problem with the script, but it sure doesn't work out of the box... for me anyways... this is a fresh installation, too.
