gtk setting question? [SOLVED]

Ive got this gtk theme i love but i do not love the background color that it uses for menus (drop-down pop-up like right-click menu or gnome main menu). does any one know where in the gtkrc file i can change the color for this ive looked over a little but if anyone one knows how to do this it will save me some time.

Re: gtk setting question? [SOLVED]

did you install it in .themes folder or as a package?

if its a package then /usr/share/themes/<whatever theme you use>/gtkrc

that should do it, i suggest you move that folder to your home folder in .themes do that you dont have to edit the gtkrc as root or change permissions

Re: gtk setting question? [SOLVED]

I was asking where IN the gtkrc can find the setting. Not where is the gtkrc file itself. But i found the setting and edited it. Thanks for the effort though .
