guvcviewer audio out of sync

I am trying to register videos using the webcam integrated with the laptop. It seems working fine, but the audio goes out of sync after a while.
I tried playing around with the guvcviewer controls, but it does not helps.

I am a complete newbie in this stuff, so sorry if it is a well known problem.
