Socket, device or resource busy, transport endpoint

I'm becoming mad, when I see this $hit msg again.
I have external USB 1TB drive and usually struggle with these random errors, warnings.
The most often is:

umount2: Device or resource busy
umount: /mnt/k: device is busy.
        (In some cases useful info about processes that use
         the device is found by lsof(8) or fuser(1))

Less often is this damn:

Cannot stat file /proc/6134/fd/26: Transport endpoint is not connected

Fuser -k does not help.

Most of the partitions are in NTFS.

Before there was no reason to restart Arch to get access to this partitions again.
