Multiple .recently-used.xbel

For some reason recently i've been getting new .recently-used.xbel files, not sure whats going on. http://omploader.org/vMWszNw
Normally there's only one.
Seems to happen when I log out of X or log in.
Anyone know why this is. hmm

Re: Multiple .recently-used.xbel

I'd like to know why this is happening as well.  For several weeks, or perhaps longer, they keep building up and I have dozens of them in the /home folder now.

Anyone know how to stop it?

Re: Multiple .recently-used.xbel

Let's try this again...

Still getting these and hoping someone might know how to stop the build up.

The problem appears to be happening only with Gnome, as standalone window managers and KDE don't seem to have this issue.

Have been searching the web for months, but can't find the answer.

Thanks to anyone that knows.

edit:  elsewhere, some have recommended creating a folder named ".recently-used.xbel" within the /home folder, but that didn't work.
