lockup and messed display with intel 2.7 driver

my 865 G box

xorg 1.5 + intel = crash and i am thrown to the console
xorg 1.6 + intel legacy = working (bad performance)
xorg 1.6 + intel 2.6 = crash and i am thrown to the console

xorg 1.6 + intel 2.7 = no more console but this

i have kde 4 themed mouse arrow that i can move

keyboard does not react (including num lock and alt ctrl whatever)

display stays like that and does not change

with intel 2.7.0 i had the same, i think it's this issue:

for me xorg 1.6 and intel 2.6.3 works fine, but with KMS enabled (exa crashes as well):

me too, but still works and just have to ctrl+alt+f1 and stop kdm and get back to intel 2.6.99.903, with this version works fine.
