Missing non-integer calculations on Kdemod3 run command minicli.

Hi all, when i it Alt+f2 on Kde3.5 desktop, "run command dialog correctly pop-ups"
Maybe not all of you know that it is possible to do calculations right there (no need for kcalc), by simply type something like "2+2 [enter]"
What i am missing in arch (which worked in gentoo in the past), is the ability to have non integer results.
According to Kde run command on arch, 1,1+1=2 and 3/5=0.

But support for non integer calculations was introduced since 2006:

Am i missing some options to enable them or some kde patch has just not been applied?
