Ask Arch: Best Working PCI/AGP Video Cards for TVout.

What video cards currently have the best support under Arch Linux, especially with regard to TV out?

I've been considering purchasing a new video card for my media center, and I was wondering if the community had any recommendations for video cards that are fully supported and run well using either proprietary or open source drivers.

It's also an old motherboard, so it only has AGP and PCI slots.

I have to output to composite video eventually (usually converting from S-Video), so I need the TV-out function to be supported, which I understand to be a toss-up when it comes to ATI cards.
