HPLIP 3.9.2 Error 5012 Issue [Solved]

I'm posting this more for reference for anyone else that's having trouble getting a printer to print and having a Communications Error 5012 using the hplip 3.9.2 printer suite.  I have a HP J4580 All-in-One InkJet Printer.  Scanning worked with xsane, no problems at all.  Printing wouldn't work as a user or as root. 

I got my communications error resolved by editing /etc/udev/rules.d/55-hpmud.rules and changing:

MODE="660"

to

MODE="0666"

throughout the entire file.  Restarted the computer and I could print without issues.
