network randomly going down?

High i just built a new kernel and for some reason the network support will randomly go down after 3-minutes to 1 hour. I use

# ifconfig eth0 down && killall dhcpcd && sudo ifconfig eth0 up && dhcpcd eth0

and that does not fix ii I try

# /etc/rc.d/network restart

that all so does not help other computers are not having this problem so i know it is not a connectivity/ISP issue.

Does any one have an idea of why this might happen.
