HP Mini 1000 kernel 2.6.29 No sound

Hi,

I've read elsewhere and on this forum that users with kernel 2.6.29 should have sound with this particular netbook anyone out there know of a site that has a guide to getting it to work

It seems alsa recognizes the card ive followed the wiki in both beginners guide and alsa on our wiki to no avial

any help would be appreciated thanks.
