Opea and Firefox reset after reboot

Opera and Firefox (Regular Installs) both reset (settings only) evertime I reboot. I chowned my user home folder so I would have full permissions, and still no luck >.<

Re: Opea and Firefox reset after reboot

Ext4 file system (in case you use it) has a bug that resets some application settings with inappropriate system shut downs / crashes / poweroffs. If you reboot normally though that shouldn't be the problem.

I once had the same issue, it turned out my harddrive was full and firefox couldn't save the settings.

Re: Opea and Firefox reset after reboot

I have ext4 and I have 2gigs left on my arch partition. (Plenty, considering its only for apps and the base os.) It's happening on my laptop, which shuts off occasionally due to lack of battery power. This is really annoying considering that it also wipes my passwords. >.<
