Leftover unetbootin causes problems to Windows XP

Hey, so I originally used unetbootin as means of installing Arch, but it was outdated and faulty. I booted in safe mode and deleted unetbootin and all the   arch data. It still displays the BSOD after a few minutes of loading my desktop.

I did some research and was told to check out msconfig for my startup boots. Sure enough, it's there.
Now, I'm told that in winxp pro there's a command prompt text you type to delete a second boot.ini. This does not work in xp home. I CAN go into the actual text file for boot.ini but I do not know where and what to start deleting.

(viewed from safe mode)
The file looks like this:

[boot loader]
timeout=15
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows="FIXBOOT" EXIT
C:\ubnldr.mbr="UNetbootin"

(the fixboot is from a recovered hal.dll error)

So my theory Is since they're both on the partition(1) they're interfering?
I would just like someone to confirm how and what to delete so I. An run windows properly. Thank you.
P.S. OMG my fingers hurt from typing this whole thing out on an iPod touch mad
