Mass clearup

I have 10 days off work to recover from an operation and I am bored sensless.

I was thinking I could use the 10 days to-do a mass AUR clearup.

Only really writted pkgbuilds for myself and friends before, but im dying to-do something constructive with my time off!

There are currently 1715 orphaned packages, where should I start?

Edit: 322 of those orphaned packages are out of date, ill try making a start on those

You could fix things in the bugtracker as well - some people might even say that's more important than the AUR.
