KMS+init mods+pacman+kdemod+JFS Why is Arch not #1

I have finished tweaking my default install for Arch:

quick install:

My arch system boots to KDM login in NINE seconds from hitting ENTER and Grub, to a gorgeous kdemod [and fast] KDE4 install. Default install without the above took 19 seconds (still not bad compared to the 'big distros')

Satellite Pro A300 laptop:
Core Duo T5170
3MB DDR2
160GB SATA HDD
Intel 965GM graphics
Intel Wireless 54g

WHY IS ARCH LINUX NOT NUMBER 1. With a little thought a 'desktop package' could be created to achieve the above and knock the hell out of SuSE, Ubuntu, Fedora et.al.

I have used linux since redhat 1.0 (work it out) and I am now FOREVER Arch !
