can mount the shared folders with the Host

I refer to the article "Installing Arch Linux in VMWare" above to mount the shared folders, but always get the error message like this, however, there is exactly the folder /mnt/hgfs, how can I fix it? thanks for help.


$ mount /mnt/hgfs
Error: cannot mount filesystem: No such device

It sounds like there is a problem with the /etc/fstab file you are instructed to edit in the box before the mount command.  Can you post your /etc/fstab file so we can see what it looks like?
