I'm trying to mark my root file system to do asychronis (I spelled it wrong) transfers by using sync. Do I do it like this?
/dev/sdaX blah blah blah ext4 blah blah blah noatime, defualts, sync
or
/dev/sdaX blah blah blah ext4 blah blah blah noatime,defualts,fstab-sync
AMD Phenom II X4 955 with Optimized Kernel
5 GB DDR2 RAM
320 GB SATA Hard Drive + 160 GB SATA Hard Drive
ATi RadeonHD 5830 GIGABYTE

The first example applies for ext2, ext3, fat, vfat and ufs filesystems.

Debian Testing + GNOME/sway
NetBSD 64-bit + Xfce

OK, it's sync. Not fstab-sync.
