Upgrade failure[SOLVED]

Hello,

I tried to do a system upgrade, I mean I downloaded all the files but my system wont upgrade. I get the following error message:

Proceed with installation? [Y/n] y
checking package integrity...
(229/229) checking for file conflicts               [#####################] 100%
error: could not prepare transaction
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
x264: /usr/lib/libx264.so.66 exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
bash-3.2#

I've already updated the xserver as it was advised here:
http://www.archlinux.org/news/436/

Could anyone advise how to proceed?

Thanks,
jmak

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
