glx issues

modules glx, dri, and dbe don't appear to exist.
this would explain my issues with compiz fusion as well as (more recently) transfusion...
help?
xorg is installed, xf86-video-ati is installed (and probed).
graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon 7000 (16mb RAM, 144mhz processor)
two installations ago (around the time of kernel 2.6.25 and possibly an older version of xorg or the ati driver) it was working just fine.

Re: glx issues

I would recommend installing mesa, if you didn't already do that.

I see you have an ati card, which I have noticed seem to have a performance drop with the new Xorg.

I need to find a way out so everyone can find their way out.
