My favorite so far is: Complete Sidebar Design.

I think it's a great idea to try to make it more user friendly, but I have my doubts that it will be just another ribbon like interface. I am already using the ribbon interface at work (Office 2007) and I really don't like it so I am really hoping that I don't have to see it in OpenOffice too.
