Pacman upgrag

Which command option combination to use to view the list of packages that needs upgrade? I tried the pacman Archwiki but there was not specific information about this.

sorry, I should have been a bit more thorough before asking questions.
I spent about 15 minutes on the archwiki but I thought I was getting the answer
Got it now.
pacman -Qu should list all the packages that has newer versions available.
