libextractor in extra

libextractor is a lib to be used by other things for metadata-extraction

it provides the app "extract" that works very simmilar to "file" but uses libextractor

i included it in extra, because it finally uses a separate dir for the libs ("plugins") and is much cleaner than before as a pkg

here some examples of "extract"
