Copy CD to CD?

How to copy CD to CD with one CD-RW device?

K3b (CD burner program) requires two devices (CD reader device and  CD burner device). The program doesn't recognize a CD-RW device is both reader and burner. Moreover, the burner function is only activated by an append line in LILO (append="hdc=ide-scsi"). With gcombust program I also don't find the way how to copy CD to CD. Anything I am missing?

Re: Copy CD to CD?

I download k3b 0.9pre1 and it recognizes my CD-RW as both reader and burner. But I get an error saying "No cdrdao driver found". The driver I do have.

Re: Copy CD to CD?

the driver must be specified on the k3b setup you can use " auto " default or chose one most all recorders as far as i now use generic-mmc and 0.9pre2 as been released im building it and send it to incoming and with the lilo apend option im using my dvd as reader and the cdrw as recorder on k3b  so directo copy is possible here to
