I have installed Arch 2009.2 on my HP machine with wide monitor. With some difficulty I installed Gnome with sound and video. I have been observing that the desktop after sometime start to fade out, fonts and menu s looking blurred. Why is it that the picture while it is clear in the beginning start fading out after sometime? Is it anything to do with my choice of resolution or X-windows configuration? Any help is welcome.
