[SOLVED] Quick help, how do I make public_html directory work?

So I installed LAMP using this guide - http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/LAMP

Everything seems to work, but I want the public_html directory that I made in my /home/primo/public_html to work

I added UserDir public_html  to /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-userdir.conf and did everything else, but only

But only /srv/http directory works as the website hosting point when I place thing in /home/primo/public_html they don't show up

I tried localhost/file.html and localhost/~primo/file.html already

Any ideas what I am doing so wrong?

EDIT: Found the solution from here - http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=61731

Had to do

UserDir /home/*/public_html

instead of

UserDir public_html

Now I can access my website from http:/localhost/~primo/
