ffmpeg failed to update

today while updating system I have got the following error:
#sudo pacman -S ffmpeg
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: python-pymedia: requires ffmpeg>=20080715

ffmpeg installed:
ffmpeg-20090217-1

any way to fix this?

Update python-pymedia from the AUR.

Re: ffmpeg failed to update

that package is in aur. you have to remove that package with pacman -Rd python-pymedia, update your system and recompile python-pymedia modifying dependencies list. also don't forgot to notice the maintainer of this package to fix it.

EDIT: you are to fast for me Allan:))

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
