Current Boost C++ Library Package is Outdated

Just a reminder, the current Boost C++ Library Package available in the Extra repository is version 1.37, dated November 3rd, 2008. The most recent version of Boost is version 1.39, dated May 2nd, 2009, and it includes many new features and bug fixes. Will there be an update on this package soon? Thanks.

Re: Current Boost C++ Library Package is Outdated

It's flagged out-of-date, so the maintainer knows and will update it as soon as he can. In the meantime, you can build the current version for yourself, if you need it urgently.

We have flag-packages-out-of-date for a reason - these kinds of forum threads end up being useless.
