[SOLVED] Gnome behavior when openning new windows

I simply do not know how to google it... But I want to change the Gnomes default behavior when I open, for example, Places -> Home Folder and then I navigate the foldes within it. But everytime I open a new folder, it opens a new window... And I don't like that.

I know there is a simple way to change that to the way ubuntu and other distros pre configure. Can anyone share?

Thanks

Open a window and then you have to do:
Edit->preferences->behavior tab and check Always open in browser windows"

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Re: [SOLVED] Gnome behavior when openning new windows

Go to file manager / Edit / Preferences / Behavior

...and then toggle the Always Open in Browser Windows option.

Hope that does what you want.

Edit:  oops... wonder was faster than me.
