Recent transient resolver error w/ pacman, unable to use hulu and kTor

Output of pacman

error: failed retrieving file 'community.db.tar.gz' from archlinux.unixheads.org : Transient resolver failure

I just started getting these errors last night (everything was working perfectly before that) and at the same time loading videos on hulu.com and kTorrent stopped working. kTorrent said all my trackers were unknown hosts and hulu.com says "Sorry, this video is currently unavailable." I also don't have any of these problems in Windows.

I've checked resolve.conf and used pacman -S pacman, nothing wrong there. I also was able to visit locke.suu.edu and archlinux.unixheads.org with opera and even download core.db.tar.bz. Pinging works with archlinux.unixheads.org but not locke.suu.edu. Transmission worked so I tried using its port settings for kTorrent which was 51413 while kTorrent was using 6183 or something similiar. This fixed one tracker but not another. Then I checked my router's firewall configuration and confirmed my host name is set to dmz mode which basically turns off the router firewall for my connection. I also don't have any firewall software installed on this computer. I use wicd to connect to my router so I tried connecting with iwconfig and dhcpcd, same results.

Here's my output of route:

Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
75.##.###.### * 255.255.255.192 U 0 0 0 ath0
default adsl-75-##-###- 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 ath0

This might be of interest, before this happened I was getting these errors for about a week with pacman -Syu

Re: Recent transient resolver error w/ pacman, unable to use hulu and kTor

First a big Hello to everyone, i'm new at the forum.

Got the same Problem with pacman and wget. INet is working without problems (i'm now ssh connected to the machine).
I think wget is the problem but why?:/
Everything worked perfectly for allmost 1 year, until yesterdays update.
