Hi guys,
i recently installed frostwire on my arch 64 pc along with sun jdk and jre from the community repository.
whenever i run frostwire it is slow and does not connect for quite some time and when i add a download it will not refresh the status or percent done until i click stop or pause.
also when i want to quit frostwire i have to manually kill the java process.
i would like to know if this also happens to any one else or if anyone has had/is having such a problem??
a fix would be as always much apreaciated

It doesn't like sixty-four-bit Java so much.

it seems like 64 bit java is conflicing with frostwire in some way
i get this code in the terminal after i kill java to exit frostwire.

Something went wrong with FrostWire.
Maybe you're using the wrong version of Java?
(FrostWire is tested against and works best with with Sun's JRE, Java 1.4+)
The version of Java in your PATH is:
java version "1.6.0_13"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_13-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.3-b02, mixed mode)
Its much like the error in http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=48553
except that frostwire runs but does not refresh the screen as described in my previous post.
any ideas??
