Phonon and ALC1200 problem

Hello guys

I can't hear any sound on my HP Pavillion Elite 9374 with KDE4.

If I click on System Settings->Multimedia I see there my audio card HDA Intel (ALC1200 Analog). Clicking on 'Test' button doesn't make any sound.
However, the odd thing is that if I immediately switch to a console by pressing ctrl-alt-F1 I can hear it!
So I guess it's a problem with phonon. I've already wiped out pulseaudio, so doesn't seem to interfere here anymore.

Any hint?
